Rosenberg & Parker is proud to announce that Jack Rosenberg has been appointed to the new position of Director of Advisory & Production. In this role, Jack will have responsibility for the continued growth of client development in conjunction with the development of Producers across all Practice Groups at R&P.
Based in Philadelphia, Jack was previously a Vice President at Rosenberg & Parker. He has 10 years of finance industry experience and joined the company in 2018 after working for Susquehanna International Group (SIG).

In conjunction with the formal structuring of the company’s sales division, R&P has formalized five practices: Mid-Atlantic Contract, Western Contract, Enterprise Commercial, Energy and Financial Sponsors (Private Equity). Rosenberg & Parker has built its reputation on leading with expertise and innovation with surety.
Rosenberg & Parker has also recently promoted three executives within our Advisory & Production Division.
James DiSciullo, who has eight years in the energy financial sector, was on Constellation’s Credit & Collateral Team for four years, and will lead our Energy Practice. Since joining the firm, James has worked as the broker for two of the largest Power Generation companies in the U.S., two of the five largest commodity traders in the U.S. and two top ten oil majors.
Harry G. Rosenberg, who has 6 years of experience in the finance sponsors sector, spent four years in Blackstone’s Capital Markets Division, and will lead our Financial Sponsors/Private Equity Practice. Since joining the company, Harry has performed advisory work for two of the five largest Financial Sponsors in the U.S. and two of the four largest Financial Sponsors in Europe.
John Wescott, has had a long career as a Broker and Strategic Advisory Consultant in the Real Estate and Construction sectors. John spent 17 years with firms like FMI, EY and Deloitte working with developers and contractors prior to spending six years as a Producer at Lockton. John is based in Denver and will lead our Western Contract Practice.
